Mr. Felix is an accomplished programmer and entrepreneur with about two decades of extensive experience in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector. As the Founder and Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of iClass IT & POS Solutions, he has successfully built a reputation for driving innovation, fostering digital transformation, and delivering cutting-edge IT solutions that empower businesses to achieve operational excellence and long-term growth.
His areas of expertise cut across the development of web-based and mobile applications, Windows-based applications, among others. He has built several applications that are mostly used in the leading shopping malls, supermarkets, and hotels, to mention but few. His broad experience as an employee has equipped him with a robust understanding of software development, database management, cyber security, and cloud computing.
Early Career and Technical Foundations
Mr. Felix began his career in 2013 as a Computer Programmer at Acepack Solution Limited, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in software development, coding, and system troubleshooting. This role provided an essential entry point into the ICT industry, sharpening his programming skills, Database Management skills, analytical skills and fostering a results-driven mindset.
Later that year, he joined Coniah Systems Support Limited as a Software Engineer. From June 2013 to March 2014, he contributed immensely to developing robust software solutions tailored to meet client-specific requirements. His work during this period focused on developing scalable and efficient applications that addressed real business challenges, further solidifying his technical expertise.
Professional Growth and Diverse Industry Experience
In 2014, he transitioned to POS Shop Ltd as a Software Developer, where he played a pivotal role in designing and developing point-of-sale systems for various businesses. His contributions during his time there (2014–2017) helped enhance payment processing efficiency, improve system reliability, and boost customer satisfaction across client organizations.
Simultaneously, he assumed the roles of IT Programmer and Database Administrator at Fas Infotech, starting in April 2014. This ongoing role has allowed him to delve deeper into database architecture, software development, and IT infrastructure management. His leadership on various technical projects has driven operational efficiency and fostered data security within the organization.
In 2018, Mr. Felix expanded his expertise into the financial sector as a Software Developer at First City Monument Bank (FCMB). During his tenure, from January to July 2018, he worked on mission-critical financial software projects, focusing on enhancing security protocols and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. This role strengthened his understanding of fintech solutions, cybersecurity, and risk management.
